    Acceptable Use Policies

    The following Acceptable Use Policies (hereinafter “Policies”) defines the acceptable practices related to the usage of any OPENPAY'S websites (OPENPAY S.A.P.I. de C.V.) including www.openpay.co (hereinafter “The Site”), and any other OPENPAY's services, functions or applications (hereinafter “Service”). Anybody who access or uses The Site or Services (hereinafter “You” or “Users”) must follow this Acceptable Use Policy.

    OPENPAYkeeps the right to modify the Acceptable Use Policies at any moment without advice. Any modification will be effective at the immediate moment of its publication at the Site.

    Prohibited Behavior
    By accessing and using the Services, you accept not to:

    • Use the services in order to receive or help any person to receive cash advances in any credit card or sponsor credit cards debts;
    • Use the services with activities known as Money Service Business such as checks, money orders, exchange houses or check exchange;
    • Use the Services to realize contests, lotto, rifles, multilevel marketing, pyramid schemes, gambling, get rich quick or any other prohibited financial activity;
    • Use the services for breaking the law, including making promotion or encourage unlawful activities;
    • Use the Services in any way that infringes third parties' rights, including copyright, privacy or publicity;
    • Use the services in any form that might interfere or interrupt as well as affect other members of enjoying the services or that might damage or overloads the correct function of the Services;
    • Use the Services to send spam or massive, not solicited, e-mail with commercial, religious, romantic or politic purpose which are not considered by the Service;
    • Use the Services for any commercial purpose, unless there is a written consent by the Company;
    • Intimidate, threaten, harass or cause discomfort to any user of our service;
    • Keep any user's personal data except for the ones allowed by the Services;
    • Pass yourself off as someone else, falsify or misrepresent in any way in order to provide or not information;
    • Circumvent or try to avoid any security control related to the Services; or
    • Help third parties to do any of the above.

    Report Misuse

    Suspension or Termination
    OPENPAY keeps the right, but does not have any obligation of supervise or monitor the activities produced at the Site or Service. If a user is involved in a misuse at the moment he/she Access the Site or Service, in addition to other resources, OPENPAY will be able to suspend or cancel the user's access to the Site or Service. OPENPAY will generally try to notify you about any activity that misuses the Acceptable Use Policy in order to ask you to stop such activity, however, OPENPAY keeps the right to suspend or finish your access account or Site usage without advice if necessary.
